After many experiments I finally was able to make my baked chicken wings extra crispy on the outside and very tender and most on the inside. This recipe is specifically for convection cooking. Of course you can, but they won’t turn out the same. Frank’s hot sauce, and they all worked quite well. I’ve also tried other BBQ and hot sauces, e.g. I did a 2:1 mix of BBQ and Duff’s hot sauce with some fresh minced garlic added.
